We are really pleased to, once again, be teaming up with the Merlin Rocket Owners Association to offer the opportunity for up to three crews to have free entry to the Merlin Rocket Nationals which this will be held at Tenby Sailing Club between 8th and 14th August.

This year, the NSSA, along with the Merlin Rocket Owners Association, are pleased to be able to offer the opportunity for several young sailors from the NSSA to attend the 2019 Merlin Rocket National Championships. This is a great opportunity for young sailors from the NSSA to get to try out a new boat, compete in a different environment, and expand their sailing experience.

This is a great opportunity for young sailors from the NSSA to get to try out a new boat, compete in a different environment, and expand their sailing experience.

 

As part of the RYA National Match Racing Series 2017, NSSA are invited to enter teams into the "Schools Championship" event on 2nd and 3rd December at Weymouth and Portland Sailing Academy.

The event will be sailed in Elliot 6M boats, with eight teams of three or four sailors, up to a maximum combined weight of 260kgs. Sailors must be over the age of 14 on the start date of the event and in full time secondary education.
